42337 Illegal instruction: 4

Hi,

The Intel Fortran compiler on Mac, is giving me the error message:

 Illegal instruction: 4

What does this mean? And what can I do about it?

I think it is due to a compile option I am using with the Intel Fortran compiler, however I have no idea which flag is causing this.
