[WRF 3.5.1] **Internal compiler error: segmentation violation signal raised** with -O3 flag

Dear Sirs!

While building WRF 3.5.1, I encountered following errors:

mpif90 -f90=ifort -o module_bl_temf.o -c -O3 -ip -fp-model precise -w 
-ftz -align all -fno-alias -FR -convert big_endian    -I../dyn_em

-I/home/dotcoder/src/
WRFV3/inc -I/usr/local/netcdf-4.3.1.1//include  -i4  module_bl_temf.f90
catastrophic error: **Internal compiler error: segmentation violation
signal raised** Please report this error along with the circumstances

line given may not be explicit
 cause of this error.
compilation aborted for module_bl_temf.f90 (code 1)

There are no build errors with -O2 or -O1 optimization flags.

My system is RHEL 5.10 x86_64.
