error PRJ0019

Hello.

After compiling with the Qprof-gen and runing, I tried to compile with Qprof-use and got this error:

error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code.

Do you know what this error is?

I'm using Visual Fortran Compiler XE 14.0.3.202 on windows server 2008 64bit.
